Operation Summary

Luxard Gambling is a Panel-as-a-Service platform providing turnkey scam casino and sportsbook infrastructure to affiliates ("workers"). Launched December 2025 after claimed 9 months of development by 17 specialists. Workers receive 70% of all stolen deposits. The platform provides a full fake casino with real game aggregator integration, fake sports betting with fictional events and pre-determined outcomes, and a sophisticated cascading deposit extraction system. The admin panel refers to victims as "mammoth" (Russian scam slang) in its template variable system. Landing pages use unauthorized celebrity likenesses (Elon Musk, MrBeast, Jake Paul, IShowSpeed, Kendrick Lamar, Virat Kohli, Lamine Yamal, Desire Doue) to lure victims.

Payment Infrastructure

Crypto Processing

Each worker account receives individual wallet addresses per chain. System performs automatic payout splits (70% worker / 30% platform). Supported networks:

ETH (ERC-20) BTC SOL BNB (BSC) TRX (TRC-20) XRP

Deposits credited after blockchain confirmation (5–15 min, up to 1 hour during congestion). Unsupported tokens handled manually by support team. Wallet connection required before domain activation.

Fiat Card Processing

The panel Settings → Payments section offers a "Select payment systems" dropdown for configuring which fiat providers appear on the victim deposit page. Identified methods:

VISA MasterCard Apple Pay Google Pay

The exact payment aggregator is configurable per worker. Panel does not expose the aggregator name in the UI — it's handled server-side. Card payments suggest integration with gray-market processors willing to service unlicensed gambling.

API & Integrations

Postback API — WebSocket-based event notifications
Thermal — Unknown (settings tab, likely analytics/tracking)
Team Bot — Telegram bot for team management & worker onboarding

Scam Method: Cascading Deposit Extraction

Each step below is powered by configurable template variables in the panel (%sum_verif%, %sum_AML%, etc.) that auto-populate amounts in victim-facing messages.

  1. 1Victims directed to fake casino/sportsbook via celebrity-themed landing pages (Elon Musk, MrBeast, etc.), Telegram spam, social media, paid ads
  2. 2Register with promo codes, receive fake bonuses and free spins. Super-account keyword can trigger rigged wins
  3. 3Fake "winnings" displayed (coefficients inflated by 35%). Minigame win chances are configurable by worker
  4. 4$100 — "Account verification" deposit required to unlock withdrawals (%sum_verif%)
  5. 5$300 — "Payment method verification" from same payment source (%sum_afterverif%)
  6. 6$500+ — VIP status upgrade required, "XP" accumulation via deposits (%sum_3%)
  7. 7"Security score" must reach 100/100 through deposits. AML check demands more funds (%sum_AML%)
  8. 8Regional restrictions (10% "bypass" fee), fabricated tax obligations (%sum_5%)
  9. 9Funds stolen — withdrawal is NEVER processed. Victim blocked or ghosted
